Do I need to speak Korean?

Yes. Write your request in your own language — we handle the salon in Korean and send the confirmation back in your language. Once it is confirmed, the salon is given the treatment details.

How does booking work?

Tell us the look and the dates you want. We check with the salon and fix a time. Within 3 business days we email you the salon’s answer — accepted or declined. You can also check it on your booking page.

Do I pay now?

No. There is no payment step on our side. You pay the salon directly on the day. We take no fee from you or from the salon for arranging the booking.

Do I need an account?

No. You can book without one. An account just keeps your bookings in one place and will carry coupons later. Without an account, look up a booking with its number and the email you used.

Question 5

The salon I want isn’t listed.

Accepted Answer

A salon that is not on the list is one we have not looked into yet. Send us its name through the contact form and we will check.

Question 6

Does the salon get my name and number?

Accepted Answer

Not before it is confirmed. The screen the salon answers on shows only the requested time, treatment, party size and price — no name, no contact. After confirmation nothing is passed automatically either; a coordinator shares only what is needed to serve you.

Question 7

How is the price decided?

Accepted Answer

It is the salon’s own listed price. The amount you see on the site, the amount in your confirmation, and the amount the salon sees are the same number. If length or hair condition can change it, the salon tells you before starting.

Question 8

I have allergies or a sensitive scalp.

Accepted Answer

Write it in the notes field of the request. Please also tell the salon directly on the day. For chemical treatments the salon may ask for a patch test on the day.

Question 9

How do I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Use the booking status link in your email — you can cancel there yourself. Before confirmation it is immediate; after confirmation a coordinator tells the salon. There is no cancellation fee.

Question 10

Where do I check my booking?

Accepted Answer

Use “Find my booking” in the top bar with your booking number and the email you left. The number alone will not reveal the details.

Question 11

What if I’m unhappy with the result?

Tell us through Contact. We check what was asked for against what happened and take it up with the salon. We do not hold your payment, so we cannot refund you ourselves — but the conversation with the salon is ours to handle.
